About the Role

As an Executive Home Loan Assistance at Sobha, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience to home loan applicants, ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with customers, loan officers, and other stakeholders to gather and verify loan application documents.
  • Provide timely and accurate documentation to support loan processing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their loan application experience is smooth and hassle-free.
  • Prepare and analyze MIS reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in loan processing and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency in loan processing.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, loan officers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of documentation and record-keeping practices to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to prepare and analyze MIS reports.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the banking or finance industry.
