About the Role
As a Mortgage Services Coordinator at Sobha, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between various stakeholders involved in mortgage services, including customers, sales teams, and internal departments. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing customer relationships, coordinating with banking operations teams, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. You will also be responsible for enhancing customer experience through effective communication and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales teams, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient mortgage services.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with banking operations teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of mortgage applications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records of mortgage services.
- Prepare and submit MIS reports to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to mortgage services.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and implement process improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, or marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of banking operations and mortgage services is a plus.
