About the Role

This role involves providing email and chat support to customers through various channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and issues. As a non-voice process specialist, you will be working on email and chat platforms to provide support, resolve customer complaints, and escalate complex issues to senior team members. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer emails and chats in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all queries are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Good written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in email and chat platforms, including knowledge of their features and functionality.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field, with a strong emphasis on customer service or a related field.
  • Basic computer literacy, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
