About the Role
This role involves providing email and chat support to customers through various channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and issues. As a non-voice process specialist, you will be working on email and chat platforms to provide support, resolve customer complaints, and escalate complex issues to senior team members. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer emails and chats in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all queries are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Use email and chat platforms to communicate with customers, ensuring that all interactions are documented and tracked.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer queries.
- Meet productivity and quality targets, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Analyze customer feedback and suggestions to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Good written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in email and chat platforms, including knowledge of their features and functionality.
- Bachelor's degree in any field, with a strong emphasis on customer service or a related field.
- Basic computer literacy, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
