About the Role

As an HR Recruiter at Softcrayons Tech Solution Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Manage job postings, including creating job descriptions, posting ads, and tracking responses.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to select the best candidates for open positions.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide timely updates on the status of candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including candidate information, job postings, and interview notes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and compliance requirements to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
