Accountant

About the Role

As an Accountant at Softel Technologies Incorporation, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities, maintaining receipt, payment voucher, and cheque entries, and assisting in TDS calculations and related accounting entries. You will also work on GST-related processes and documentation, perform bank reconciliation activities, and prepare monthly expense reports and maintain records. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining proper accounting records in Tally and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong accounting knowledge and skills.
• Proficiency in MS-Office, particularly in MS-Excel.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Familiarity with Tally accounting software.
