About the Role
Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities:
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Create and maintain Quotations for customers.
Generate and manage Proforma Invoices.
Prepare and issue Tax Invoices accurately and on time.
Track, verify, and maintain records of employee and business expenses.
Coordinate and manage courier dispatches, including shipment tracking and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, orders, and operational documents.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth business operations.
Assist in preparing reports and updating operational data as required.
