About the Role

As a MERN Stack Developer at Sparks To Ideas Hiring For Sparks To Ideas, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, efficient, and user-friendly web applications using the MERN stack. This involves working with MongoDB for database management, Express.js and Node.js for server-side logic, and React for front-end development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Work with MongoDB to design and implement efficient database schemas and queries.
• Develop server-side logic using Express.js and Node.js, ensuring secure and efficient API endpoints.
• Implement front-end logic using React, focusing on user experience and interface design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the MERN stack, including MongoDB, Express.js, Node.js, and React.
• Experience with SQL and database management principles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks and libraries, such as React.
• Experience with back-end frameworks and libraries, such as Express.js.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in software development, preferably with the MERN stack.
