About the Role
As a Field Recruiter at Special Security Guards Private Limited, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our team. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting interviews, screening resumes, and collaborating with our HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
You will be working closely with our hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences, and will be expected to source candidates through various channels, including social media, job portals, and referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role
- Screening resumes and cover letters to identify top candidates

- Providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of social media marketing and recruitment strategies
