About the Role

In this CA / CMA - RTR role at Spes Staffing Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records. Key Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, including record-keeping and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and complete financial records.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, particularly during month-end reporting cycles.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements, including GAAP and IFRS.
