1. Assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.
2. Maintain employee records and support HR compliance activities.
3. Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment-related communication.
B. Accounts and Finance
1. Assist in managing invoices, payment follow-ups, and vendor or customer accounts.
2. Support budgeting and expense tracking for projects and operations.
3. Help in preparing financial reports and compliance documentation.
C. Office Administration
1. Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including scheduling and documentation.
2. Maintain records for procurement, contracts, and correspondence.
3. Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and vendor management.
