About the Role

This Paid Media role at SRV Media involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms to achieve client objectives and maximize ROI.

As a key member of the performance marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering data-driven campaigns that generate measurable business growth for our clients.

You will work closely with the creative, content, and account management teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and meet KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, and creatives to improve results.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools.
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign execution and meet client objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or other paid media platforms.
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Understanding of A/B testing and landing page optimization.
