About the Role
In this role as a Customer Support Executive (International Process), you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. This involves communicating with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds, understanding their concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs. You will work closely with the customer support team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Communicate with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds, adapting to their language and communication styles.
- Document customer interactions and update customer records accurately.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to share knowledge and best practices.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer support skills.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Skills & Qualifications
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using computer software and hardware to perform tasks efficiently.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
- Light On Accent: Ability to communicate clearly with minimal accent, ensuring easy understanding by customers.
- Average Typing: Proficient typing skills to document customer interactions and update records quickly.
- Excellent In Verbal, Written Communication: Strong communication skills to convey information effectively.
- High On Tenses, Grammar: Strong command of grammar and tenses to communicate accurately.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
