Junior Accountant (Tally Prime/GST Compliance) - Fresher

About the Role

As a Junior Accountant at Startup Inno, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with GST regulations using Tally Prime. Your day-to-day tasks will involve data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will be working closely with the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including filing returns, paying taxes, and maintaining records.
• Use Tally Prime to manage financial data, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, including financial accounting, managerial accounting, and cost accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, including time management and prioritization.
• Knowledge of Tally ERP and GST compliance regulations.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
