QA/QC Engineer

About the Role

As a QA/QC Engineer at Sterling Electro Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of electrical contracting projects across various industries. This involves reviewing technical documents, analyzing inspection results, and implementing risk-based inspection activities to maintain compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve technical documents from client consultants to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee project quality to ensure adherence to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specifications, and quality management system (QMS) requirements.
• Analyze inspection results to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Advise and support colleagues, users, departments, and clients to enhance the quality of production and maintenance processes.
• Develop and implement risk-based inspection (RBI) activities and processes using API 580 and other similar programs to establish internal standard practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and quality delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

• API 580 certification or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of technical documents and quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze inspection results and identify areas for improvement.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality management.
