About the Role
In this Partner Operations role at Straive, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing partner relationships to drive business growth. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies, as well as ensuring seamless execution of sales training and tier management initiatives.
As a Partner Operations professional, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth, improving partner satisfaction, and enhancing overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue growth and improve partner satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales training and tier management initiatives.
- Manage partner certifications, deal registration, and MDF (Marketing Development Funds) management to ensure compliance and maximize returns.
- Track and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to discuss performance, goals, and areas for improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Audit and financial management skills to track and analyze financial performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve partner satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to manage and analyze data.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications, such as partner certifications, would be an added advantage.
