About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for handling international voice and semi-voice customer support inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You will work with a team to resolve customer issues, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Hindi required; additional language skills a plus.
