About the Role

As an Accounting and Compliance Professional at Suragraj Builders, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's financial transactions are accurately recorded, reported, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Your day-to-day tasks will involve reviewing financial statements, preparing tax returns, and maintaining internal controls to prevent financial mismanagement. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulatory requirements, including statutory filings and tax planning.
• Develop and implement internal controls to prevent financial mismanagement and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to help the company make informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for cost savings and implement process improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulatory requirements, and ensure the company is compliant with all relevant changes.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the management team to support business growth and development.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with financial software, including accounting systems and spreadsheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including tax laws and compliance regulations.
