About the Role
As a Business and Marketing executive at Sustenergy Solutions LLP, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth. This role involves creating and executing campaigns across various social media platforms, generating new leads, and building relationships with potential clients.
Your day-to-day tasks will include managing social media presence, writing engaging content, and creating presentations to pitch our services to clients. You will also be responsible for cold calling and lead generation to expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
- Manage social media presence across various platforms, including creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Write and design engaging content, including blog posts, articles, and social media posts, to attract and retain customers.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, email marketing, and other lead generation techniques.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including scheduling meetings, presentations, and follow-up calls.
- Design and create presentations to pitch our services to clients, including creating visual aids, writing scripts, and practicing delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics, including website analytics, social media metrics, and sales data, to inform marketing strategies and optimize results.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong social media management skills, including experience with social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools.
- Ability to write engaging content, including blog posts, articles, and social media posts.
- Experience with lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email marketing, and other methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and inform marketing strategies.
