About the Role
We are looking for a smart, organized, and enthusiastic Female Operations & Training Coordinator to manage our day-to-day training operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, has excellent communication skills, and possesses advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and operational trackers using Microsoft Excel.
- Create and manage Zoom meeting links for online training sessions and webinars.
- Coordinate with trainers regarding session schedules, availability, assignments, and reporting requirements.
- Communicate with trainers regarding commercials, invoices, attendance sheets, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, universities, corporates, and government departments regarding scheduled training programs.
- Draft and respond to professional emails and maintain regular communication with clients and trainers.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, and other business documents whenever required.
- Maintain trainer databases, institutional records, attendance reports, billing trackers, and operational documentation.
- Collect invoices and supporting documents from trainers and coordinate with the Accounts team for payment processing.
- Ensure smooth execution of online and offline training programs by coordinating with all stakeholders.
- Follow up for pending reports, invoices, attendance sheets, recordings, and other documentation.
- Support the management team in day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
What You'll Need
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory).
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and MS Word.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong email drafting and communication skills.
- Experience in handling Zoom meetings.
- Good coordination, multitasking, and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
