About the Role
In this Commercial / Corporate Procurement role at Symphoni Hr, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services for the company. This involves identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, logistics, and operations, to develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to gain hands-on experience in procurement and develop skills in negotiation, vendor management, and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure goods and services from vendors and suppliers
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
- Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to optimize purchasing processes
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in SAP or other procurement software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of procurement laws and regulations
