D365 Functional Consultant (Finance Fresher)

About the Role

As a D365 Functional Consultant specializing in finance, you'll work closely with client finance teams to ensure a seamless implementation of the Finance module. This involves analyzing business requirements, identifying best practices, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Your primary focus will be on providing expert guidance and support to clients, ensuring they get the most out of their Dynamics 365 Finance solution. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client finance teams to understand business requirements and identify areas for process improvement.
• Develop and implement Finance module configurations to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance.
• Provide training and support to clients on using the Finance module, ensuring they can effectively utilize its features and functionalities.
• Conduct unit testing to ensure the Finance module is functioning as expected, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with the Finance module implementation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve client outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and support, to ensure a cohesive and effective client experience.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and identify areas for process improvement.

• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Finance, with a strong understanding of its features and functionalities.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification.
