D365 Functional Consultant (SCM Fresher)

About the Role

As a D365 Functional Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Management (SCM), you'll be working closely with clients to understand their end-to-end business processes, from procurement to inventory management. Your primary focus will be on implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP systems to optimize supply chain operations.

On a daily basis, you'll participate in client workshops, internal training sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Your expertise in supply chain management, analysis skills, and proficiency in Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint and Excel will be essential in driving business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in client workshops to understand business requirements and develop solutions.
• Configure and implement D365 ERP systems to optimize supply chain operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct analysis and provide insights to clients on supply chain performance.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to internal teams and clients on D365 and supply chain management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft tools.
• Certifications in supply chain management or D365 are a plus.
