## Role Overview:-

As anIntern – Implementation Specialist, you will support the Publisher Professional Services team by executing product implementations, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting publishers in maximizing the value of Taboola’s solutions. This role offers hands-on exposure to web technologies, product integrations, and customer success operations.

## Educational Requirements:-

• B.E / B.Tech

• BCA / MCA

• B.Sc / M.Sc (Computer Science / IT)

• Or related technical field

## Key Skills:-

### Technical Skills

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• ReactJS

• Python

• Database knowledge (MySQL / Oracle)

• Web-based product implementation

• Technical troubleshooting

## Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Support implementation of Taboola products across publisher websites

• Execute technical integrations and deployment activities

• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation-related issues

• Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales teams, and stakeholders

• Investigate and assist in resolving fraud-related cases

• Provide support through email, chat, and ticketing systems

• Identify root causes of technical issues and escalate when necessary

• Learn and adopt new product features and enhancements
