About the Role
This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls as part of a customer service team, responding to customer queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
As an immediate joiner, you will be expected to adapt quickly to the company's processes and procedures, working closely with team members to ensure seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information to resolve issues.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, utilizing effective communication skills to de-escalate customer concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Document customer interactions, updating records as required to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction targets, sharing best practices and knowledge to improve overall performance.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date with company processes and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in using software applications such as CRM systems and email clients.
