About the Role

As a Sales Executive/Loan Officer at Takecare Manpower Services, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and closing sales deals in the banking sector. This role involves extensive field work, where you will interact with customers, understand their financial needs, and provide suitable loan options. You will be working closely with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the banking sector.
• Meet and interact with potential customers to understand their financial needs and provide suitable loan options.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
• Conduct thorough credit checks and assessments to ensure loan eligibility.
• Prepare and present loan proposals to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of the loan product.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of loan applications and follow-up with customers to resolve any issues.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable loan options.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively for field work.
