About the Role

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers in various South Indian languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. Your primary goal will be to communicate effectively with customers, address their queries, and provide them with information about our services. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers in multiple South Indian languages
• Communicate effectively with customers to address their queries and concerns
• Provide customers with information about our services and products
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Meet daily and monthly call targets and sales goals
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve team goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in multiple South Indian languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily and monthly targets
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Degree in any field (freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply)
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
