About the Role

This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls as part of a voice/semi-voice process, focusing on customer interactions and tele-collection activities. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and collecting payments. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to collect payments, negotiate payment plans, and upsell/cross-sell products or services.
  • Handle inbound calls from customers, providing them with information about products or services, and addressing their queries.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets by effectively handling customer interactions and closing deals.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and provide support when needed.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, using it to improve the overall customer experience and increase sales.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
