About the Role
As an Accountant at our esteemed CA firm, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring timely compliance with tax laws and regulations. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing financial data, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing cost-saving measures. You will work closely with our team of experienced accountants to provide accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounts.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including TDS, income tax return, and GST return.
- Analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Provide accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders, including management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software, including Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
- Knowledge of financial regulations, including TDS, income tax return, and GST return.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify areas of improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in CA or CMA is a plus.
