About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative at Talent Corner Hr Services, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and opportunities through inside sales and communication. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential customers, building relationships, and presenting our services to drive sales growth. Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of lead generation and sales achievement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, needs analysis, and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
