About the Role
As a Mutual Fund Distribution Partner at Talent Toppers, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth through effective campaign management and product demonstration.
Day-to-day tasks will involve conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and developing targeted sales plans to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business growth targets.
- Coordinate and execute sales campaigns, events, and product demonstrations to engage with clients and promote mutual fund products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to clients.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Market intelligence and business growth skills to drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to analyze sales data and create reports.
- Certification in sales or marketing is a plus, but not required.
