About the Role
As a Customer Care Specialist at Taskus India Private Limited, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Your day-to-day tasks will involve handling customer calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our team to identify and address customer pain points, and provide feedback to improve our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding our products and services.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Skills & Qualifications
- Customer service experience (0-4 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Degree in any field (preferably in Business or Communications)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Empathy and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively
