About the Role
As a Customer Service Executive - Personal Loans at Tata Capital Finance Limited, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to clients seeking personal loans. - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
