About the Role
This Business Analyst role involves working with stakeholders from the banking industry to understand their business requirements and develop solutions to improve their Core Banking systems. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and creating business requirements and solution specification documents. Your strong functional background in Core Banking will be essential in driving business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze business requirements from customers and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in Core Banking systems.
- Develop business requirements and solution specification documents to present to stakeholders and project teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improve business processes.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in Core Banking systems.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on business requirements and solution implementation progress.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in Core Banking to provide expert advice and guidance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong functional background in Core Banking.
- Experience working with Core Banking systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
