Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business requirements from customers and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in Core Banking systems.
• Develop business requirements and solution specification documents to present to stakeholders and project teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improve business processes.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in Core Banking systems.
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on business requirements and solution implementation progress.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in Core Banking to provide expert advice and guidance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong functional background in Core Banking.
• Experience working with Core Banking systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
