Fresher/Intern Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Fresher/Intern Business Development Executive to join our team.

This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in learning how software services are presented to international clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales process in a technology-driven company.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand our IT services and be able to confidently present them after reviewing company materials and website information.
• Assist in researching international markets and generating leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and internal databases.
• Support outbound communication with prospects through emails, LinkedIn messages, and introductory calls, while maintaining proper follow-ups.
• Observe client requirements, market trends, and assist in preparing proposals or maintaining CRM records.

What You'll Need

• Strong interest in learning sales processes, IT service offerings, and international client communication.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English.
• Confident and proactive attitude.
• Prior exposure to sales or calling environments (BPO, insurance, etc.) is an added advantage.
