About the Role

As a Social Media & PR Intern at TechoKids, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media trends and analyze engagement metrics to inform content strategy.
• Collaborate with the PR team to develop and implement crisis communication plans.
• Assist in managing social media campaigns, including creating and sharing content, engaging with followers, and tracking results.
• Help in maintaining the company's social media presence by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Assist in creating and editing content for the company's website and social media channels.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various audiences.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze engagement metrics.
