About the Role
This Full Stack Engineer role involves designing and building scalable features for a modern Digital Asset Management platform. You will work across the stack to deliver performant, secure, and extensible solutions that power asset storage, metadata management, search, and distribution workflows.
You will be responsible for developing API-driven services, modular integrations, and rich JavaScript-based user experiences that connect seamlessly with CMS platforms and Enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop API-first backend services for asset management, metadata handling, search, and distribution.
- Build and enhance JavaScript-based frontend applications and embeddable connectors/widgets.
- Develop and maintain integrations with CMS platforms and enterprise systems.
- Implement modular, reusable components and services to support a plugin/connector ecosystem.
- Optimize performance for large-scale asset storage and retrieval, including CDN-backed delivery.
- Work on authentication, authorization, and secure API access (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in backend development (Node.js / Java / .NET or similar).
- Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and working with JSON-based services.
- Solid experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience designing modular, extensible architectures (plugin-based systems is a plus).
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL and/or NoSQL) for metadata and indexing.
- Understanding of file storage systems, media handling, and CDN integration.
- Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth2, SSO, JWT).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
