About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless HR operations, including taxation, statutory compliance, and payroll management. Your day-to-day tasks will involve processing payroll, reconciliations, and audits, as well as maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
As an HR Operations professional, you will be the key point of contact for payroll-related queries and will work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.

Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll, including calculations, deductions, and benefits integration
- Ensure statutory compliance, including tax filings and garnishments
- Conduct regular reconciliations and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including payroll history and employee data
- Provide support and guidance to employees on payroll-related queries
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0-4 years of experience in HR operations, payroll management, or a related field
- Proficiency in payroll tools and software, including global payroll processing
- Knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
