HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR coordination activities.

This internship will provide practical exposure to various HR functions and an opportunity to build a strong foundation in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidate profiles
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records
• Support onboarding documentation and induction activities
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR events
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related activities
• Handle basic HR operational tasks and documentation

What You'll Need

• MBA/BBA graduates or pursuing graduation/post-graduation with HR specialization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and coordination abilities
• BASIC understanding of HR and recruitment processes
• Knowledge of MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
