This engineer must have strong communication skills (verbal and written). Proficiency in software development is required. We’re searching for a detail-oriented individual with the ability to balance multiple critical path and time sensitive jobs on a regular basis. Preferred Qualifications & Skills The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the basics of semiconductor mask design, and a general knowledge about the use of masks in the manufacture of semiconductor devices. Experience and proficiency in the following areas is also preferred: Cadence design environment (schematic & layout); advanced programming experience with PERL, Ruby, Oracle, and Unix Shell.
