About the Role
As a Graduate Engineering Trainee in the Melting department at Texmo Industries, you will be responsible for driving process efficiency, maintaining strict quality standards, and leading troubleshooting efforts on the production floor.
This role focuses on continuous improvement, data-driven problem solving, and the seamless introduction of new processes and development items.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive quality data, analyze periodic quality trends, and initiate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for major contributing defects.
- Monitor daily rejection and rework rates, conducting thorough reviews to minimize waste.
- Address and resolve technical issues on regular production items in real time.
- Cultivate a continuous learning environment utilizing a data-based analytical approach to optimize processes.
- Attend and actively contribute to daily rejection reviews and process meetings.
- Prepare and present data for weekly technical meetings.
