Social Media Executive

About the Role
This Social Media Executive role is a high-energy position that involves producing content for personal brand clients and podcasts, running social media marketing and distribution efforts, and assisting with brand and growth strategy for podcast and company pages.
You'll be responsible for researching cultural relevance, coordinating guests, preparing material, and keeping episodes sharp and compelling, all while tracking trends, audience insights, and what's working in the podcast/content space.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a producer for personal brand clients and podcasts, researching cultural relevance and coordinating guests
- Run social media marketing and distribution efforts, including creating reels, shorts, and audiograms, and managing posting schedules and analytics
- Assist with brand and growth strategy for podcast and company pages
- Track trends, audience insights, and what's working in the podcast/content space
- Bring fresh ideas to keep the team ahead of the curve
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement social media strategies
- Analyze social media metrics to inform content and marketing decisions
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or fresher-level degree in a relevant field (communications, marketing, media studies, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-form content creation
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail
- Basic understanding of social media marketing principles and strategies
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and metrics
- Strong organizational and time management skills
What You'll Learn
