About the Role
We are seeking a Programme Assistant to join our scheduled events business as a programme assistant in the legal events portfolio.
This role is an entry-level position that's integral to the successful execution of global event programmes.
Responsibilities
- Content research: support the programme lead with agenda research and programme development.
- Research Speaker acquisition: own the speaking faculty for assigned events.
- Speaker logistics and communication: manage all speaker communications and logistical requirements leading up to the events.
- Administrative and reporting tasks: maintain accurate and up-to-date speaker and project trackers.
- Event delivery support: compile briefing packs for speakers and moderators.
What You'll Need
- Language proficiency: proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
- Communication: ability to communicate confidently, clearly, and professionally with senior stakeholders.
- Project management: outstanding administrative, organisational, and project management capabilities.
- Research: ability to manage complex research projects autonomously.
