Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the bank loan team to ensure timely and accurate loan processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of bank loan products and services, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients.
- Customer service certification or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
