About the Role
In this role as a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and sales for Niva Bupa's insurance products through phone calls and other telecommunication channels. Your primary goal will be to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide them with suitable insurance solutions. You will also be required to meet sales targets and adhere to compliance guidelines.

- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, discuss challenges, and explore new opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Finance).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, including policy features and sales outcomes.
