About the Role
As a Company Secretary Intern at Tide, you will work closely with the Company Secretariat team and other internal stakeholders to ensure the organization remains compliant with corporate laws, internal governance requirements, and filing deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing agendas, board packs, attendance records, and supporting materials for board and committee meetings.
- Support the drafting of minutes, extracts, written resolutions, and post-meeting actions.
- Help maintain statutory registers, corporate records, governance calendars, and entity information in an organized manner.
- Help prepare and file forms, returns, and other documents, tracking compliance deadlines and following up with internal stakeholders for timely submissions and approvals.
- Assist with annual filing requirements, approvals, and routine secretarial documentation.
- Coordinate signature processes, notarization, apostille, or certification requirements as needed.
- Work with finance, HR, and legal teams to collate KYC, ownership, authorization, and supporting documents for banks, auditors, regulators, and vendors.
What You'll Need
- Qualified Company Secretary with completed CS exams and some or all required training.
- Basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, and MCA filing requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and work in a fast-paced environment.
