About the Role
As a Counter Salesman at Time & Style, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, managing inventory, and meeting sales targets on a daily basis. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and contribute to the company's overall success.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience and building customer loyalty.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and policies.
- Participate in sales promotions, events, and campaigns to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
- Point of Sale (POS) system experience, with knowledge of inventory management software.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
