Business Development & Sales Executive
Job Description
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth for TMD Software. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, and provide input on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and customer feedback in CRM tools.
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders to promote TMD Software's products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales software.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
