About the Role
As a Customer Support Executive in the Voice Process, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving their issues via phone calls. You will work closely with the customer service team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and concerns.
This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be handling a high volume of customer calls, and will need to be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve their issues via phone calls
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and concerns
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of customer calls
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Degree in any field (preferably in Business Administration or related field)
- Fluency in Malayalam, English, Kannada, and Telugu languages
