About the Role
As a Voice and Chat Process Associate at TP, you will be responsible for handling international customer calls and chats, providing exceptional service and support to clients across the globe. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer queries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer calls and chats in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with team members to ensure seamless customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informed responses.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards for customer service and support.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to process improvements and suggest innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
