Business Development Associate
About the Role
Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities:
1. Call existing leads and show EMR/EHR software product to customers through Online.
2. Handle office-based sales activities including calling, emailing, and online meetings.
3. Generate, qualify, and convert leads through inbound and outbound sales efforts
4. Conduct online product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly
5. Follow up with decision-makers to close sales opportunities
6. Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate deal closures
7. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales status in CRM systems
8. Coordinate with implementation and support teams for smooth customer onboarding
9. Collect market feedback and share insights with product and management teams
10. Stay updated on healthcare IT trends, EMR compliance, and competitor offerings
11. Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication
12. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred
13. 0-3 years of experience in software sales or healthcare IT sales preferred
14. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
15. Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in an office-based sales role.
